Do you know AI? It is short for Artificial Intelligence. AI makes computers and machines think and learn like humans.

Today, AI is everywhere. When you search for something on the Internet, AI helps you find the right information. When you use a map app on your phone, AI finds the best way for you to go. Even some cars can drive themselves with the help of AI.

AI can also help doctors. For example, AI can look at X-ray pictures and find diseases faster than doctors. In factories, AI robots can do heavy and dangerous work so that workers don't get hurt.

But AI is not perfect. It cannot think like humans in some ways. It doesn't have feelings. It can only do what it is programmed to do. Some people worry that AI will take away their jobs. However, scientists believe that AI will create new jobs, too.

What do you think about AI? Will it be our friend or our enemy? The future of AI is in our hands.

Mooncakes are round like the moon. They have different fillings, such as red bean paste, lotus seed paste and salted egg yolk. People give mooncakes to their friends and relatives as gifts.

There are also many stories about the Mid-Autumn Festival. The most famous one is about Chang'e. She flew to the moon and lived there with a rabbit. People believe that on the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Chang'e and the rabbit can be seen on the moon.

When I was a kid, I was afraid of the dark. Every night, I would close my eyes and imagine monsters under my bed. My mother always told me, "There's nothing to be afraid of, dear. The dark is just the absence of light."

But I didn't understand. It wasn't until one summer night that I finally learned what she meant. I was camping in my backyard with my dad. When the campfire went out, the world around me turned completely black. At first, I felt scared. But then my dad pointed up at the sky. "Look," he said.

I looked up and saw thousands of stars. I had never seen so many stars before! They were like diamonds scattered across a dark cloth. That night, I realized that the dark isn't something to be afraid of. It is something that allows us to see the beauty we usually miss in the daylight.

Exercise is good for our health. But how can we start an exercise habit and keep it?

First, start slowly. Don't try to do too much at the beginning. You can begin with 10 minutes of walking every day. Then slowly increase the time.

Second, choose an activity you enjoy. If you like playing basketball, do that! If you love swimming, go to the pool. When you enjoy it, you will want to do it more.

Third, make it a routine. Try to exercise at the same time every day. For example, you can exercise right after school or before breakfast. Soon it will become a habit.

Fourth, find a partner. Exercising with someone is more fun. You can encourage each other and you won't give up easily.
